How long will it take for my child to get their glasses? 

If you're located in the U.S., you will typically receive your glasses within 2-7 business days. If your cart items are back-ordered due to high demand, they will arrive within 12-20 days.  

We also offer a 35-day shipping guarantee for domestic purchases. If your order ever gets lost, we will send you a second pair of glasses completely free, at no cost to you. Simply message us at our contact form

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes! However, because our fulfillment team works so quickly, all orders need to be canceled or changed within 4 hours of placement in order to stop the package from going out. Please notify us within this time-frame. We are not responsible for requests to edit/cancel after this point. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do! Our international shipping times may vary depending on location (from 12-35 days), but we do work to provide quality service to every LittleBoss like your child(ren), regardless of where you are in the world!

Can my item be returned? 

Due to the fact that we are selling children's products, for sanitary reasons all purchases from LittleBoss on this website are final and cannot be returned.

The damaged item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise and will be further investigated.

Email: info@littlebossglasses.com for help, add your name and order number to the email body. If damaged, you must include a photo of the damaged item.
